Where is the data hosted?
Exclusively in Germany. Every customer gets their own separate database; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is standard.
Is the tool accessible?
Yes – both the booking flow and the administration are built to WCAG 2.1 AA / BITV 2.0: keyboard operation, screen reader support, sufficient contrast.
